LeeAnn Reynolds runs compliance and operations at RateZip, where she is responsible for keeping a licensed mortgage broker on the right side of federal and state rules. She manages Peklava LLC's state regulatory examinations — including recent examinations by the Pennsylvania Department of Banking and Securities and the Alabama State Banking Department — and administers the company's consumer-protection programs, from Do Not Call handling to complaint resolution and data-suppression requests.

She sets RateZip's advertising standards, reviewing published content and partner creative against FTC advertising rules and lender-specific compliance guidelines before anything goes live. She also manages RateZip's advertising partnerships across the deposits, insurance, and reverse-mortgage verticals, which means she watches rate and offer movements across dozens of lenders daily.

LeeAnn edits RateZip's daily rate reports and is responsible for ensuring every published figure and disclosure meets the standards in RateZip's editorial policy.
