St. Charles Bank & Trust Company, formerly known as STC Capital Bank, is based in St. Charles, Illinois. It is a community bank serving the western suburbs of Chicago. Founded in 2006, its previous name (STC) was an acronym for Service, Trust and Commitment. St. Charles Bank offers a full range of banking products for consumers and businesses, including CDs, home loans, mortgage refinancing, and home equity loans.

Today, St. Charles Bank has two locations, both in St. Charles, IL. In June of 2013, the bank announced that it will merge with the Bank of Palatine, adding a third branch in Palatine, IL. After the merger is complete, the bank will have $210 million in assets.
