Trellis

Trellis is an HUD-approved counseling agency that offers help with budgeting, financial management, and pre-purchase counseling, education and workshops. Services are offered in English and Spanish, as well as select other languages.

Trellis was founded in 1975 as the Neighborhood Housing Services of Phoenix. To date, they have helped more than 3,500 individuals to become homeowners, offered education and counseling services to over 42,000 people, and have built 350 houses. An additional 100 houses should be finished during the next several years. Trellis is a part of NeighborWorks, a national organization. NeighborWorks can be found in all 50 states, plus the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
