About

Home Finance of America, later known as just Finance of America, is headquartered in Philadelphia. The company was established in 1993 and has closed over $1.5 billion in mortgage loans. Finance of America is split into three divisions based on the products that they offer: Finance of America Mortgage, Finance of America Reverse, and Finance of America Commercial.

The first of these three divisions, Finance of America Mortgage, has approximately 1,500 mortgage advisors. They can help you learn more about the variety of loans that Finance of America offers, including jumbo loans, fixed rate loans, and adjustable rate loans.

If you’re interested in a reverse mortgage, then you may want to look at Finance of America Reverse. Reverse mortgages are only available to people 62 years of age and older who meet certain conditions. Reverse mortgages can be a great way to use the equity in your home while you still live there.

And finally, Finance of America Commercial offers loans to help meet your real estate needs, including Single Rental Loans, Portfolio Rental Loans, Fix & Flip Loans, and New Construction Loans.

If you’re considering moving forward with Finance of America, be aware that their products and services are not available in every state.
